According to Bannu District Police Officer (DPO) Saleem Kulachi, the police and the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) acted swiftly upon receiving credible intel about the terrorists’ presence. The suspects opened fire immediately, resulting in a heavy exchange of gunfire. The actions of Constable Khan and his fellow officers during this encounter were nothing short of heroic, reflecting their unwavering commitment to duty.
